The AL-MTF1012 Microwave Tube Furnace is a sophisticated microwave high-temperature sintering equipment developed by our company, integrating the furnace body and electrical control into one cabinet. It is widely suitable for high-temperature synthesis, sintering, ashing, melting, and heat treatment of various inorganic materials in an air atmosphere. It features a reliable fully microwave-shielded cavity design, equipped with a continuously adjustable, high-stability, long-life dedicated industrial microwave source. It is suitable for inorganic powder synthesis; sintering of oxide ceramics and refractory materials such as alumina, zirconia, magnesium oxide, and other oxide composites; sintering of magnetic materials like Ni-Zn ferrite and gyromagnetic ferrite; ashing, incineration, and burn-off experiments. Operating environment: Requires a stable power supply of AC 220V±10V, 50Hz (domestic voltage). Ambient conditions: Temperature: 5~40℃, Humidity: 5~85%.
